The session is designed to help participants to engage their mind and muscles by exploring exercises that focuses on posture, core stability and body alignment. It is a blend of yoga, pliates and body conditioning for a gentle yet challenging holistic workout.
If you would like to do two different sessions you will be eligible for a discounted subscription. So instead of paying £24 per month for two sessions you would pay just £20 per month.
